The steps for iPOWER X factory reset:

• Connect DC input power to iPOWER X box (Recommend use DC 6-24V / 2.5-3A)
• Holding "On" button 3 seconds and LCD Screen will showing "4.2V /2.5A"
• iPOWER X factory reset Done.
• The operating can done by iPOWER X Software by press "Reset" button while your box connected to computer.
